Hello frnds ... I went to a gym for the last 3 months .. My coach has asked me to try a protein supplement ... HV started to have a protein drink instead Protinex "... the renowned Worldover m nt sure ... but if it helps, U JST gain muscle mass or energy drink ... i want 2 know if KNW SHL is follow them or go to a formula coach / super power of the mass they have in d gym, my coach said that may have problems ... but harmless rn dm nt sure if they have work or impact long-term consequences ... add my weight is 59 kg and I am a pure vegetable HV i dnt sources of protein from natural foods such as meat frm / Eggs PPL ... I hope to lead us .. thank you .... raj
